Recommended Use

Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει προσωπικά κανένα συμπλήρωμα Από την BSN αλλα με όσα έχω ακούσει(παραθέτω πιο κάτω τις εργαστηριακές αναλύσεις της BSN True-Mass & της BSN Syntha-6 Isolate)Η πρωτεΐνη τους που θα διάλεγα εάν έπρεπε θα ήταν η BSN Syntha-6 Isolate.Δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ πόση διαφορα μπορεί να έχει η True Mass από την True Mass 1200. Τώρα για Weight gainer θα έψαχνα άλλης εταιρείας, CytoSport Cyto Gainer για παράδειγμα. Προσωπική μου άποψη πάντα να είμαι ξεκάθαρος :)

Στην ουσία παίρνει κακή βαθμολογία λόγο Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose έτσι δεν είναι ?
Sucralose λογικά πρέπει να έχουν ΟΛΕΣ οι πρωτεΐνες που είναι με γεύση... το άλλο δεν γνωρίζω...

Πάντως στο labdoor επειδή και εγώ το τσεκάρω καιρό τώρα... άλλη πρωτεΐνη με τα ίδια συστατικά την δίνει λίγο καλύτερη στο ingridient safety... ποιός ξέρει τι και πως.

btw όσο για την CytoSport Cyto Gainer ... τα ίδια χάλια την βαθμολογεί το Labdoor με την BSN σχεδόν... :(

Συγκρίνονται ανόμοια πράγματα. Τι δουλειά έχει ένα weight gainer με μία isolate (milk+whey)? Λογικό είναι να παίρνει καλύτερη βαθμολογία η δεύτερη. Στα πρόσθετα συμφωνώ έχει αρκετά, αλλά είναι ελάχιστες οι weight gainer που δεν έχουν. Γι αυτό και συνήθως προτείνουμε μία υψηλής περιεκτικότητας μαζί με ξεχωριστό υδατάνθρακα. Το συγκεκριμένο σάιτ (δεν ξέρω αν είναι σωστό να αναφέρεται) κάνει πολύ καλή δουλειά στον τομέα, όμως γενικά βαθμολογεί χαμηλά όλες τις φόρμουλες αύξησης βάρους. Δεν την θεωρώ την καλύτερη, απλά έκανα την παρέμβαση γιατί εξ αρχής γίνεται λανθασμένη σύγκριση.

Edit: Άλλαξα τα συστατικά στο αρχικό πόστ και έβγαλα αυτά που υπάρχουν τώρα στην ευρωπαϊκή αγορά.

Καλησπερα σε ολους θα ηθελα να μαθω μερικες πληροφοριες για την συγκεκριμενη πρωτεινη αμα καποιος την χρησιμοποιεί...σας ευχαριστω πολυυ!!!
