Thanks a lot everyone!!! I am currently preparing for competition and i am on my bulking phase. I have already competed in The Eastern european Championship of IFBB and i took 5th place in juniors. This year i am preparing harder and i hope i can represent Greece in junior bodyfitness. i will try to make some pictures of my progress and training and post them in the forum.
