The muscle cells are bombarded with prostaglandin signaling during each weight-training session, causing local cellular physiology to drastically shift in favor of muscle anabolism.     How To Take X-Factor™

    Take 4 capsules per day if you are 200lbs or over, and 3 capsules daily if you are under. The capsules can be taken with meals, and are best divided into 3 or 4 separate applications (1 capsule, 3-4 times per day). Take for 50 days, followed by a break of at least 50 days.     Δλδ με λιγα λογια,πρωτον απ'οσο γνωριζω δεν εχει αποδειχθει οτι το AA βοηθαει στην αυξηση της μυικης μαζας και δευτερον μην σπαταλας αυτα τα 120~$ για το αγορασεις,αλλα αλλαξε τη διατροφη σου ετσι ωστε να αυξησεις την προσληψη ΑΑ.

    το μοσχαρισιο κρεας ειναι υψηλο σε κρεατινη..δεν ακουσα κανεναν να λεει οτι αντι για συμπληρωμα κρεατινης φαε πολυ μοσχαρι..εκτος του οτι δεν ειναι και τοσο ευκολο να τρως συκωτια και μυαλα...αυτο που θελω να πω ειναι οτι ο συνδιασμος των συστατικων που περιεχονται στο προιον με ενα συγκεκριμενο προγραμμα γυμναστικης και διατροφης ισως να βοηθαει αρκετα στην αυξηση της μυικης μαζας(που ειναι και ο στοχος μου).παντως αποτι βλεπω οι αποψεις σας διαφερουν απο αυτες που ακουγα για το ιδιο προιον...εισεις παιδια εχετε προσωπικη εμπειρια απο το προιον??

    1ον για την κρεατίνη θες κάπου 1 κιλό μοσχαρίσιο την μέρα, εδώ μιλάμε για 100 κάτι γραμμάρια συκώτι κ.τ.λ. την μέρα
    2ον είναι οικονομικά ασύμφορο να τρως τόσο επιπλέον μοσχάρι μόνο και μόνο για την κρεατίνη(που την βρίσκεις έυκολα και 20Ε το κιλό). Αντίθετα το X-Factor στοιχίζει τα διπλά.

    Το περιμενω απο μερα σε μερα.. Για τα 75 κιλα μου πιστευεται 3 δοσεις τη μερα ειναι οκ? Θα δοκιμασω 1 κουτι μαλλον και οχι 2 οπως προτεινεται, τι λετε?
