How To Take X-Factor™
Take 4 capsules per day if you are 200lbs or over, and 3 capsules daily if you are under. Για σας ισχύει ότι το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν ((X-Factor της Molecular Nutrition ηηη το X-Factor της Advanced ))είναι προφλεγμονοδει και ότι μπορεί να βγάλεις εξαιτίας τους όγκους στο σώμα σου ? βεβαία έχω ακούσει ότι αυτή η όγκοι αν προκύψουν είναι καλοήθεις !!

Παιδιά αν θέλουμε να λαμβάνουμε το συγκεκριμένο ω6 λιπαρό οξύ από συκώτι και όχι από συμπληρώματα ποια είναι η ποσότητα? δηλαδή ποσά γρ συκωτιού πρέπει να καταναλώνουμε την μέρα ?

100gr με μιας η να τα σπάσω σε δυο μικρότερα γεύματα 50γρ+ 50γρ?
Επίσης ποτέ το κάνουμε αυτό-αυτά τα γεύματα πριν την προπόνηση μετά η οποιαδήποτε στιγμή τις μέρας ?

πριν την προπονηση .
Εγω θα δοκιμαζα 150μερες προπονησης , 100 η καθολου τις οφφ. Δοκιμασε το για 4βδομαδες αν δεν θες να αγορασεις x factor

Εχοντας δοκιμασει και τα 2, νομιζω οτι το advanced εδωσε πιο πολλα gains. Βεβαια το ειχα συνδιασει με υπερθερμιδικη, ενω τωρα χρησιμοποιω το απλο με ελαφρα υποθερμιδικη-ισοθερμιδικη.

Λοιπον μιας που απο εβδομαδα περιμενω το x-factor advanced (συσκευασια 200 softgels) για πληρη κυκλο ας κανω ενα πλανο σχετικα με τον τροπο ληψης που σκεφτομαι να κανω.Οι μερες προπονησεις ειναι Δ(ον)/Τ(ον)/Τ(οφφ)/Π(ον)/Π(ον)/Σ(ον)/Κ(οφφ).Απο οτι εχω δει στο πινακακι συστατικων του advanced για 1 softgel εχει ενα μπλεντ 825 μγ απο τα οποια γραφει 40% αραχιδονικο οξυ απο κατω επομενως το 1 softgel εχει 330μγ arachidonic.Επισης να πω οτι τα σεναρια ληψης που σκεφτομαι ειναι 2 και πειτε μου ποιο θεωρειται πιο αποτελεσματικο.
Σκεψη 1η: 2 πρωτες εβδομαδες απο 4softgels (4x330=1320mg ara) καθε μερα.Eφοσον περασουν οι 2 εβδομαδες και εχει πιασει συγκεντρωση το αΡα στο σωμα μετα θα μεινουν 200-56=144 gels.Θα συνεχισω τις υπολοιπες με 5 softgels(5χ330=1650μγ αΡα) μονο στις μερες που εχω προπονα (δλδ εκτος τεταρτη και κυριακη) δλδ για αλλες 5 εβδομαδες (5χ25=125 τζελ) και 4 μερες (προπο) ακομη.Συνολο κυκλου:53 μερες.
Σκεψη 2η: Ο κλασσικος κυκλος 4 τζελ για 50 μερες (1320μγ αΡα καθε μερα δλδ).
Οποιοσδηποτε τροπος ληψης επιλεγει θα συνδυαστει με το glycergrow μιας που εχει glycerol monostearate και βοηθαει στην καλυτερη απορροφηση του αραχιδονικου.Το glycergrow δν ξερω αν θα το παιρνω καθε μερα μαλλον 3 φορες τν εβδομαδα θα παιρνω απο 3 σκουπ που ειναι η δοση του.
Ερωτησεις:Στην διατροφη μου καθημερινα απο γαλακτοκομικα εχω 300μλ γαλα 1,5% , 400γρ γιαουρτι, 1 φετα κασερι..Τα λιπαρα απο αυτα εφοσον δν ειναι ω3 λογικα δν πειραζουν ετσι?
Οποιαδηποτε βοηθεια , tips σχετικα με την χρηση του ή κατι αλλο που πρεπει ισως να αποφυγω ευπροσδεκτο παιδες!
Οι παραπανω σκεψεις βεβαια με την προυποθεση οτι το καθε softgel εχει 330μγ αΡα αλλιως αλλαζουν τα πραγματα...The easy day was yesterday

διαλεξε ενα απο τους 2 τροπους που σου ταιριαζει καλυτερα κ ξεκινα.
δεν υπαρχει κατι αλλο να αναλυθει οπως σου ειπα κ στο αλλο θεμα..
το αν ειναι καλυτερος ο πρωτος η ο δευτερος τροπος δεν θα το μαθεις ποτε αν δεν δοκιμασεις κ τους 2..σαν συμπληρωμα θα κανει αυτο που κανει ειτε ετσι,ειτε αλλιως.
